The lady I spoke with on the phone demonstrated the utmost professionalism and was incredibly pleasant, which set a positive tone for my experience.  I must also commend the technician, Shane, who not only exhibited a high level of professionalism but was also remarkably polite throughout the service.
Shane's expertise and dedication were evident when he worked on my fireplace, making it look like new.  However, my appreciation for your team doesn't end there.  When I detected a gas smell later on, I contacted your company again.  Without hesitation, you promptly sent Shane back to assess the situation.  Although it turned out the gas issue originated from the wall's gas valve and not the fireplace, Shane efficiently took a picture of the problem and provided clear instructions on what to communicate to Atmos.   Shane Fleming came out promptly and did a thoroughly professional job of replacing our leaky cap, sealing the flashing and cleaning years of soot from our old chimney.
